This oven is suitable for industrial heating or drying at 300 ℃ to 500 ℃, but not for drying explosive or volatile materials. The heating power of the equipment ranges from 45KW to 140KW, and can be selected by customers or customized according to their specific needs.

Working principle
The electric blast oven box is made of welded steel sections and thin steel plates, without a bottom. The walls, top, and door compartments of the box are filled with ultra-fine glass for thermal insulation. The top is the air heating chamber, and the air is sent into the heating chamber by an axial flow blower installed on the left side of the box top. After being heated by a tubular heater, it turns downwards through the right side air guide plate of the box top, passes horizontally through the interlayer gap of the workpiece to be dried from the right side air guide plate of the furnace, completes heat exchange, and enters the left side air guide plate of the furnace together with exhaust gas. It is discharged through the exhaust port or repeatedly sent into the heating chamber for circulating heating by the blower. The blower is directly driven by a vertical motor and can be disassembled from the oven as a whole for easy maintenance.

Product Features
The bearings of the blower have cooling water jackets. The electrical control and temperature indication are both installed in the control box on the right side of the box. There is a convertible heater power conversion switch on the box, which allows users to choose the required working power.
The blower motor and heater are electrically interlocked. The heater can only be powered on when the blower motor is turned on. This ensures that the heater can operate under the condition of ventilation circulation. The complete set of electric blast oven equipment does not include a loading trolley. Users can prepare it according to the specifications of the workpiece or the specific working conditions, or customize it in our unit.
